SICK AND MASKING POLICY
The following is the office policy on patient scheduling regarding illness and masking. Please call in advance of your appointment if you have any questions.
Your appointment will be rescheduled at least 1 week out:
- from the date you test COVID or FLU positive.
- from the date you started to experience cold or flu symptoms: fever, chills, coughing, sneezing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, extreme fatigue, headache, runny nose.
- if you are living with or have been in close proximity to someone who has COVID, FLU or any of the above cold/flu symptoms.
You will not be charged for a same day cancellation due to illness.
Masks are optional as of Monday, 5/15/2023.
